What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day Risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the merchandise within 30 days when you received them, simply contact us at support@3wcarmats.co.uk with your order number. We'll provide you with a return label for free return shipping. You can either arrange a pickup from your house or drop it off at a nearby depot (depends on the carrier). We'll refund your purchase price. While having the original product packaging is helpful, it may not be necessary.
We have also taken an extra step to extend the manufacturer’s warranty to 5 years on floor liners and boot liners. And extends the manufacturer’s warranty to 2 years on mats and car accessories.
If there is any factory defect within the warranty we will send you a brand new one for replacement.
