How are the mats secured in place?
- 3W car mats and boot liners are 3D-scanned to ensure a perfect fit, carefully designed not to interfere with the brake and accelerator pedals.
- Anti-slip studs on the bottom help secure the mats and prevent them from shifting.
- Additionally, dual rear fasteners keep the mats firmly anchored in place.
What’s the difference between the “with carpet” and “without carpet” options?
The “with carpet” version includes a removable woven carpet layer that adds comfort, style, and a premium feel. You can easily detach it when you need a full TPE surface—for cleaning or more rugged use. The “without carpet” version features the all-weather TPE surface only, perfect for maximum durability and quick clean-ups.
What can I do if the floor mats from the package don't lay flat or fit properly straight away?
- To increase their flexibility, warm the mats up.
- Alternatively, gently warm them with a hairdryer on a low setting to make them easier to mould.
- Manually adjust by bending against any folds and apply gentle pressure.
- If they don't settle immediately, give it some time; they typically conform to your car's floor with regular use.
How do you clean car liners?
Our car liners can be easily cleaned by wiping them down with gentle soap and water. For carpet car mats, use a firm brush and warm soapy water or a carpet cleaner to remove dirt effectively.
* Please note: It is important not to machine wash carpet car mats as this could damage them.
Do you offer any warranty for your car mats?
Yes, 3W offers a Lifetime Warranty on our car mats and boot liners. If you encounter any manufacturing defects during this period, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note, however, that this warranty applies only to natural wear and tear and does not cover damages caused intentionally. If you have any concerns with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you.
Do your floor liners meet OEM standards?
Yes, we do. Our products meet all the safety and specification standards set by car manufacturers. In fact, our factory manufactures OEM floor liners for some of the well-known car brands.
Do the mats have a smell? Is the material safe?
3Wliners floor mats are made from 100% eco-friendly components (TPE), which are baby-friendly and non-toxic. They do not emit any odour, even at extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 75°C (-4°F to 167°F). TPE is also used in products such as baby pacifiers, combs, and toothbrushes, demonstrating that it is a safe material.
Can car mats improve safety?
Yes, high-quality car mats can improve safety by providing a non-slip surface that prevents your feet from slipping while driving. This is especially important in wet conditions.
How do I install car mats and boot mats?
Installing car mats and boot mats is usually straightforward. Most mats are designed to fit snugly into the floor or boot space. Vehicle-specific mats will often have clips or hooks to secure them in place, preventing movement while driving. Always refer to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Are there waterproof car mats and boot mats available?
Yes, all of our 3W car mats and boot mats are designed to be waterproof, providing excellent protection against spills and wet conditions.
How do 3Wliners car mats compare to rubber mats?
All of our 3Wliners car mats are made of TPE material. TPE car mats offer similar durability and protection as rubber mats but TPE is more environmentally friendly than traditional rubber. Overall, TPE mats provide a great combination of durability, environmental friendliness, and aesthetic appeal, making them a superior choice for many consumers.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we offer free delivery all over the UK!
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email, which will include your tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
We will deliver within 1-4 business days.
Where is my stuff? / Products come damaged?
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed or products may arrive damaged due to force majeure, circumstances beyond our control.

When will mats be available for my model?
Our product range is continuously growing, with a primary focus on the latest vehicle models. We believe mats for your model will be available soon. Please stay tuned for updates.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day Risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with the merchandise within 30 days when you received them, simply contact us at info@3wliners.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return label for free return shipping. You can either arrange a pickup from your house or drop it off at a nearby depot (depends on the carrier). We'll refund your purchase price. While having the original product packaging is helpful, it may not be necessary.
If there is any factory defect within the warranty we will send you a brand new one for replacement.
