How does refer a friend work?
Through the loyalty panel, you can share your referral link via Facebook, X and/or email directly with a friend. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp.
Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to the store's page; where they'll have to enter their email address in a prompt to get their reward/discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.
When your friend makes a purchase with the reward code; that's when the referral is considered completed. Only then you will receive an email notifying you that your friend has made a purchase with your reward/discount code, which you can find by going to the store you made the referral at > open the Smile panel > My rewards.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there's no limit to how many people you can refer. For every friend you successfully refer, you'll get a £20 voucher.
What happens if someone I refer cancels their purchase or returns their order?
The referral discount won't be valid if your friend cancels or returns their order.
When will I get my credit?
Vouchers are sent around after your friend signs up and make their first purchase.
